      No, thats not it

      it's we want to choose the best vendor kickbacks and dont want to be trapped in the vice like jaws of Oracle licencing.

    Should they merge I supect the following...

    The word Clusterfuck will be devoted entirely and forever to the resulting entity.

    I already use it for Oracle's takeover of Front Porch Digital (who gave great support BTW).

    It saddens me that there is more to come.
