    Did she initiate or fight the price increases being implemented at short notice?

    Sage have initiated across the board price increases at short notice from entry level Sage 1 through to professional offerings used by accountants for multiple clients. My accountant was locked out of his copy and not even allowed to make a backup of the data!

    Not the way to win friends or even keep them...
