had minimal headwinds to slow it down so all they had to do was build, build, build. This time around it won't be so easy. There are other, bigger players in the IT management sand box and they are playing build, build, build. Fun times to be had by all....

We use Service Now at work...

...and it is truly a terrible thing, right up there with Oracle and SAP for sheer awfulness.

And to anyone replying along the lines of "well it's not bad if it's configured properly", I call BS.
