    Does he have a long term goal for all this wealth acquisition like Elon Musk?

      Over half of that'll have to go back to the VCs, a big chunk of debt there to clear, small pay offs for the considerable staff that are surplus to requirements at HPE and that won't leave much money let alone Musk money. They looked like they had a plan but HCI and storage was not a destination. That train left the station three years ago. Clearly he's a smart guy and has been successful but a successful storyteller of fiction for the majority of the last few years.

        Too bad he didn't get Lenovo and HPE in a bidding war over his company. Too bad for the staff who got close to nothing I hear. Hopefully HPE will treat them better than their previous management.
