China is a rogue country when comes to industrial espionage so why give them the ability to spy on the US by embedding its chips in defense production?

Chinese will steal everything from you and pretend like they invented it.

I also agree this is a good move by the outgoing prez, but only 'cos I'm an interventionist. I don't believe LED's have ears.
