Why don't we get this sort of business coming to the UK? Maybe because Rackspace have had multiple London data centres for 10+ years with the most recent opening in 2013?

A better question is why has it taken so long to expand into the EU - my guess is the likely locations are well served already and with Azure/AWS expansion making life hard for traditional data centre/hosting companies, the investment is hard to justify.

The Frankfurt data centre is probably direct Post Brexit investment as they'd likely need a mainland Europe base to comply with data protection laws etc.
