Programming-lite service ifttt.com has won plenty of fans with its ability to link services and devices, then automate things with “if this, then that” statements. And now Microsoft's having a waft at a similar service with the formal debut of a new service dubbed “Flow”. If you've used Outlook's rules feature, which filters …

    IFTTT

    Worst thing on the internet.

Can't connect anything actually useful to any else that is remotely useful.

Do you want to automatically post your facebook to pinterest? No, give me a way to automate the stuff i do, not what google stats says most people do.

    Dont knock it so much....

    'A little python script '

It will keep programmers busy for a while when MS release the 'how to' write the rule stubs.

Microsoft is just another me too company.

I assume this is the usual half arsed copy.

It would be good if they could actually innovate for a change.

      There is *no* innovation, anywhere.

What will iphone 27 and samsung galaxy s22 have what the current models don't?

      Longer battery

      thinner

      bigger screen

      faster processor

thats not innovation thats just evolutionary progress.

      Innovation stopped around 1986
