    Just so you know, my LGG4 has a pattern lock, but it also have Smart Unlock enabled. Enabling the service last night it eventually told me it couldn't check for a screen lock, told me the reasons I should be using one, but let me continue anyway. Initial test was successful.

    What? Are you saying this is a feature only for Google staff to log in to internal systems, as the first couple of paragraphs seem to imply, or that it's something for regular Joe, as the rest of the article (and the fact that you're reporting it at all) seems to imply?

      It works for me on my free GApps account - and I don't work for Google.
