    This outfit takes money and runs accounts for a bridge toll in the UK. This website has been running a year and a half (and still today) there's a banner:

    Yup! Public service with real money....going 18 months... Alpha. These morons are asking to be hacked and exposed. If I had the skills then I'd do it, but I don't. They must be complete wankers. Who will bring them to book?

      If you want someone to break the law how about you do it yourself? 18 months is more than enough time to learn how to do it.
