Rabbit hole

Will we have access to the jury's process and reasoning or will we have to make do with a declaration and work it out ourselves from there, and are we allowed to do that?

Why on earth would you think you should get access to the jury's deliberations?

This is england, habius corpus, the common law etc

I know it's actually California, but the USA copied UK law

It was an (obviously poor) attempt to make a link between APIs and code, and verdicts and reasoning. Never mind...

As the saying goes, millions of dollars to be decided by a few people too stupid to think of an excuse to get our of jury duty.
