    So the normal users of the app have to suffer the power trip of some conceited judge? I doubt it'll have as much impact on WhatsApp as it does on the app's users in Brazil.

      I doubt that it's a conceited judge. The President in under impeachment due to corruption and there's been a lot of protests. I suspect it has to do with stopping communication among the populace as from reports, she's (the President) is attempting to hold onto power by any means.
