    And so the battle lines are drawn...

    With Facebook already in the space but drawing flack for it's somewhat limited offering it'll be interesting to see how this pans out. Which of the two American tech giants will win the battle to spam the subcontinent with advertising?

    I'd personally like to see a guerilla action by some enterprising Indian upstart enter the fray and show them both the way home.

      Perhaps TPP will take effect in some area where Loon and FB drones are finally launched, in time to let them turn into an interesting test case.

    In line with Davey boys 'everyone should be on 10Meg' broadband, surely an opportunity for Project Loon to come to the UK and give the country folk some much needed relief.

    The problem with using Loon in India is that the balloons would eventually end up flying over China. I can't see them being happy about that.
