    With a nod to current Safe Harbour difficulties for customers, BT says its Swarm-based offering makes it "easy to host sensitive data in their country while meeting rigorous compliance regulations."

    I seem to recall that any company operating in the US could be open to demands being made under US law, even when the data isn't actually located within the US. What has BT actually done that makes avoiding this 'easy'?
