Badly behaving Citrix ad

This ad seems to appear often in the right hand column and seems to be a video clip that is started - supposedly at least - by the user. The advert however seems to start playing for a second or two first.

The problem with that is that sound also seems to be enabled by default. This means that each time the page loads that contains this ad we get about a second of music before it's switched off.

Also Noticed

Having just re-enabled ads on the Reg, I clicked arrow up on somebodies comment, and it threw an Ad up.

Are ads displayed depending on the content of the replies we like or are they just a dumb mechanism responding to a like ?
