    Does Amazon actually give anything back?

    It seems nearly all EC2 products are based upon Open Source stacks, but I cannot recall ever hearing Amazon giving anything back or releasing any of its own tools or even sponsoring an Open Source project - As a company who has built an empire monetizing other peoples hard work, it would be nice to see them return something (Even Netflix open sources its in-house security tools).

    Perhaps I'm wrong, and they do...
