    An answer looking for a problem

    which is really why none of the others sold well enough to make a significant dent in the earth, in-spite the fact they each had their own merits. I wish they luck anyway.

    If they could grab all this data, shove it into an object store and maintain access/permissions in some way between the old style file way of accessing things and new newer object methods then it might get some traction.

      According to this articl, security is part of the package. I do wonder though about the unified name space and allowing enumeration of file attributes (even down to names) whether access is denied.
