I'm currently working in a data centre where servers are 100% "IBM" aka Lenovo.
Compared to HP/Dell they are pants.
The management software is practically non existent. It took me two days to work out how to set up an iLO (or whatever it's called). The documentation is shocking and they're just plain ugly, like something Skoda designed in the eighties. They're not even made by Lenovo - the box says "made for Lenovo".
