That's a little unfair, I think. The man has been dry-arse-fucked by a government half a world away over copyright. Sure, the original Megaupload was sailing pretty close to the wind; but so were/are many other similar services that haven't been touched. Also the SWAT teams, dawn raids, confiscation of assets etc. haven't been what you would call ethical.
