    I thought there'd been an attempt to get the stress moved to the first syllable. Because the fact that Uranus sounds like your anus is just puerile schoolboy humour and not funny at all. No. Not in the slightest.

          IIRC, back in 85 or whenever it was Voyager passed by, the BBC decided OO-ran-us was more politically acceptable. I've not heard it called that since.
