Maybe they should use some their capabilities for something more useful than ineffective mass surveillance and fearmongering.

I'm sure the world would be a better place and they would have more respect if they spent a few percent of our tax dollars/pounds doing something pertinent to the majority rather than 100% on a target that will always evade 100% of their efforts.

Had an email from one of our ISP's about this stuff today, seems they are seeing enough of it to flag it with customers yet this is the only thread mentioning DD4BC?

Seems a bit strange to see a response about something that has gathered so little headlines and feedback, unless it is another money spinner for the ISP "DDoS mitigation".
