    so who did the pre-takeover due diligence and why aren't they and the auditors being sued?

    This sounds more like an attempt at misdirection by CSC to hide their involvement

      Smells like HP and Autonomy doesn't it? I believe there will be more of these as companies attempt to "unlock" and "return shareholder value". Greed makes the brass ignore or skip over the due diligence it seems.

    The problem as I see it, is if an organisation feels the need to create ego-soaked bullshit job titles like 'Head of Strategy', then it will attract ego-soaked bullshit artists to those jobs. Pandemonium follows.
