      Not a chance. Those maintenance agreements are a one way street to but lots and lots of Benjamins in Larry's bank account. Actual customer support? They've never heard of it.

    Wasn't this where Rimini claimed that they could use their Customers Oracle licenses instead of their own?

    Serves them right afaik. Never try to use a companies own license against them. Especially when the have a metric f?cktun of lawyers on standby.

    Oracle have never subscribed to the big fleas have little fleas view of the world.
