    A sweetheart deal then?

    So, the user gets pointed to the "partner" for cleansing after FB delivers the malware? One would have hoped that posts and any links would have been scanned by FB and/or it's partners before being posted to the users. After the crap hits the user, it's a tad late... IMO.

    Another reason to ignore FB....

    ESET Online Scanner

    I think you'll find that ESET's online scanner will actually remove malware, not just scare monger into a purchase.
