    As somebody not very fluent in english, can I have a translation for the first sentence, please?

    This: "to claim that it's currently word's the most power astronomical HPC facility." doesn't make any sense to me.

      the key is astronomical

      most high power computing facilities are either for general use, or dedicated to specific jobs (like nuclear modeling). This one is apparently dedicated to astronomical modeling only... and with the upgrade they are claiming it to now be the most powerful HighPowerComputing facility.

    "to claim that it's currently word's the most power astronomical HPC facility" clearly should have been "to claim that it's currently the world's most powerful astronomical HPC facility"; how could this possibly have happened?
