Not a surprise...

... when you can't get access to pre-sales information without being a customer already and when they won't talk to you. We tried to talk to Huawei a number of times but they never bothered getting back in touch with us. Non of the tech docs are (or weren't) available online so you only had very basic specs to go on. Contrast that with Cisco/Juniper/HP who make all their documentation etc. available online and it's easy to see why people haven't bothered with them - time sat around waiting is wasted time.
