    Nobody wins

    With UltraDIMM technology only coming from Diablo (licensed out to SanDisk), this set of suits has the potential for stalling the whole technology.

    What the parties need to do is come up with equitable cross-licensing and a couple more sources. Otherwise, with a patent fight and a single source, this will just be mildly interesting, versus the hot item it deserves to be. If so, Intel+Micron will use HMC to pass it by within a year.
