      In case you've forgotten, Bremer spent all his time (while the country fell apart around him) ensuring that all the really good business went to Haliburton, KB&R, etc., etc., so the Chinese really only got to pick over the scraps. You needn't worry that the West didn't get well-paid for leading the intervention. (Well, if by 'the West' you mean a tiny number of the ultra-rich elite.)
