I think he fatzilla

The stars of a new Godzilla film have rallied round its big-boned monster star after cruel Japanese bullies renamed it Fatzilla. Twitter users rounded on the corpulent sea beast after publicity shots showed it had piled on a few pounds since the last films. Now the stars of the latest movie have come to the bulky beast's …
You're talking about the same guy that used to chow down on Barrow-in-Furness bus depot? What a lightweight he's become...
There's an interesting take on the "Japanese think they new Godzilla is fat" story, specifically that it's probably bunk perpetuated by multiple posts from a single guy and the western media's uncritical reporting of anything that comes from other countries (*). Scroll down to #5:-

Also, while I like the "new" 500, the 500L MPV is a mockery of the 1950s (small) 500 it's supposed to be related to; the 7-seat version far moreso.
(*) Half the weird stuff that's supposedly the latest alleged fad sweeping Japan (or China) are in truth one-off jokes, art projects etc misreported by the Western media. Even things that are real are often hugely exaggerated- the archetypal "used schoolgirl underwear vending machines" were a short-lived-trend and only generally found in or near sex shops, not in every shopping mall as some seemed to think.
I have to go off at a tangent : When you see that a standard hellfire anti-tank missile can penetrate around 1.5 metres of armour plate, and a bunker buster bomb can penetrate between 2 and 6 metres of concrete, I really have a problem that half the US Army and USAF cannot mortally wound a big lizard in under 5 minutes with the amount of firepower they can bring to bear... Even if the bomb did not explode, having a laser guided 1 ton GBU-24 bomb drilling 46 cm holes in through a lizard's bonce, i would think that would slow it down in a hurry...
