Good news for Zebra and their partners. I used to be a Zebra Authorised Service Engineer, they build some of the toughest, most reliable kit you can buy. Pricey but well worth it.

I don't know about that.

Their stuff is hard-as-nails mechanically, that's true. But there's a saying that goes something like: If they built buildings they same way they built software, the first woodpecker that came along would destroy civilization. Zebra's stuff is hardly woodpecker-proof.
