Time to go to the ECJ again and strike down that German ruling too. It won't negate all the out-of-control insanity going on regarding online copyright in Germany, but it would be something.

Unpaid workers

If Google's employees were posting this stuff they'd have to police it, but for some reason because they've automated copyright infringement and instead allow a bunch of volunteers to stick the stuff on their website they don't. Crazy stuff.
