Don't worry, we wouldn't really expect you to - as the article said, "The MegaShift tier has a two-day response time with a 99 per cent uptime service level agreement, according to Roth, who says that some companies will think this is fine for production applications and others will not." No-one's figuring you're going to put anything really vital onto it until the guarantees get stronger. There are things that can sensibly be called 'production applications' which aren't mission-critical, where it's not horrible if they're down four days a year.
