This is a welcome relief considering how other powers are abused. (People with cameras arrested under "terrorism" laws, Iceland's money confiscated under "terrorism" laws) Hopefully Nominet is not going to switch off a domain because somebody posted an unflattering remark about someone on a blog, and I'm sure they won't get a court order for that either.
