Good thing

This is a welcome relief considering how other powers are abused. (People with cameras arrested under "terrorism" laws, Iceland's money confiscated under "terrorism" laws) Hopefully Nominet is not going to switch off a domain because somebody posted an unflattering remark about someone on a blog, and I'm sure they won't get a court order for that either.

The police have already tried to silence critical websites, if they got these powers it is guaranteed they would abuse them.

That should of course have been "25,000 domains most of which have nothing to do with online piracy but we couldn't be bothered to check"
