This has been analysed on wargaming sites I read

it has been pointed out that this offence was comitted before the big collapse, and that he has a conviction for a previous, similar, offence.

One thing that this story has let me analyse, mind you, is how much similar the Reg text is to the press release I read elsewhere.

Everything looks better on radio

Radio 4 definitely came up with a better Nazgul scream, but I reckon Andy Serkis did a great job with Gollum. CGI humans don't work too well as yet, but Gollum is not human, and the "creep" factor actually helps.

Not only should the card be kept in one's pocketses,

it should be kept on a golden chain....

A need seems to exist for a gollum icon - extraterrestials don't really cut it....
