    WS Atkins?

Atkins is an architecture / design / build company. Yes, it's "infrastructure", but no the kind you're thinking of.

Watch for 'Consulting', 'Opinion Polls' - big money items

If other governments are anything to go by, lowered government employment leads to ramped up retention of consultants and their ilk.

When governments have been in office longer and they seek programs that resonate with the taxpayers so watch the amount spent on opinion polls!!!

    BT £1.9M

I think not, a lot of their share will be hidden behind Capita, Serco, and others. BT provides the default networks for anything coming out of some of those suppliers. £1.9M for all networking and telephony, I think not.

SERCO, Capita etc are companies like Global Crossing and Siemens Telephony used as sub-providers.....Old boy net stuff and company lunches in hot climates still abound
