So it's illegal to run away and you get additional charges for it? Surely there are long standing historical precedents for the folk-tradition of running away from the authorities after committing a crime. It's part of our heritage.
In the UK this would be "failure to stop when required to do so by a constable in uniform".
Surely this is common sense. For example, if the cops try to stop you for some traffic offence but you lead them on a hour long chase, you would have to expect different penalties than if you had stopped promptly and cooperated.
There's the spod with the glasses icon. Boyf must need a new prescription. Or there's the troll - disturbing similarity to the CGI creature in LotR. Or perhaps more relevantly, there's the alien - "there is an extra-terrestrial explanation for all of this".
I can see it now. "It was horrible. I was beamed up to the alien spaceship and they performed all manner of degrading experiments on me. I could deal with that. But then they beamed me back next to this *thing* which wanted sex with me. Please doctor, can you help me?"
