Am I the only one failing to see how this constitutes evidence?

Buying a company that releases an Open Source product, doesn't really prove anything except your buying power. Maybe in 12 months, you can use the fact that you haven't relicensed the product as evidence though.

And the talk about open communication in the cloud is a bit of a 'duh' statement.

:-) With the dead head, dead wood guys at the top in that particularly dodgy sector being petrifying paranoid too and increasingly worried about their liberty, or even worse, their future viability and present requirement.
