    iPhone don't let you have any sort of VM or runtime on their platform. Even game roms are banned.

    They aren't about to let .Net in - even if they do have a great deal of love and respect for Microsoft.

    Disregard that! You do need to buy the Apple SDK.

    Go download Winchain instead.
