There is only the ultimate solution now !

Put them all on Jeremy Kyle and let him sort them out !

DNA tests on the nappies and final judgment of the case given by phone-in.

    Hang on a sec

Her lawyer says she kept used nappies in the car for a year and a half?

Bollocks, the nappies are the star of the story here.

    dunno...

what's more disgusting. Wearing nappies on a 1k miles journey or keeping used once in a car for ages. That's pathetic either way and should be punished on it's own ground.

    Smear campaign?

Why would the length of time nappies were in her car be relevant to anything except the valets?

Perhaps her rival asked for the pepper-spray instead?

I think Oefelein is a pretty cool guy. eh flies space shuttles, rises wimmin and doesn't afraid of anything.

    I don't get this

I don't understand US law... Defence is not arguing that Nowak did not use the pepper spray, but is instead arguing that *because she missed*, no mention of the pepper spray should be made?

Does that mean that if you shoot at someone and miss, no-one can bring up the incident or your possession of the gun at the trial?

<shakes head> As far as I'm concerned, *intent* is the big issue - not whether or not she was successful.

    What no forensics?

Am suprised that the fecal matter was DNA tested

as this tends to sort out whether its human or bull
