If "the powers that be" can't help but lose our personal information then it's in our best interests to have it mixed in with porn. That way, there's more chance of someone finding something they're more interested in before they come accross "patients personal details.doc".
In fact, if our personal data was mixed in with porn it would be just like the rest of the internet...
