    A digit or two short perhaps?

    More like 20-200% drop in IT spending as we migrate from a world wide recession into a world wide economic depression.

    Does that include spend on power for data centres? Coz if so, spend on headcount must be dropping quite a bit to compensate, I should think.

    For those who don't know IT cuts have been happening for a year or more and it's going to ramp up dramatically in '09.
