    All I hear is radio gaga

    Tough one this one, but yes they should be allowed to deal directly with the copyright holders and negotiate a fee.

    Though it is not all music now is it, I rather enjoy a good shock jock, and the net needs a few more of those, if there are any actually.

    Hmm, try for a change in career perhaps.

    Your article doesn't make it clear if this means Pandora will be allowed to broadcast back in the UK - any idea?

    I hope they get a chance

    Since the govtards have allowed big media to suck up all the TV and radio stations around the country and all you get are two or three in a large city all playing the same old, same old day after day. It's really sickening (and why I and bajillions of others depend on my own portable music dispenser for a sound of something decent (anything from Princess Mononoke, Sandy Denny, to Led Zeppelin and Moussourgsky)
