Although the two kids in Cologne seemed to be quite serious about running amok through their school, their choice of "weaponry" was somewhat lacking in Bang. An airgun and a crossbow are hardly the ultimate weapon for such an endevour. They obviously weren't influenced by PC games this time, or did they accumulate their aggression while playing "Call of Duty 5 - The dark-ages" ?

I'd imagine that a crossbow and an airgun might be the limit for most kids in Germany. Frankly, they'd've been better with machetes and axes. Much more capable of doing unpleasant things to people who got on their nerves.
Which would, of course, have been splendid grist for the anti-"Manhunt" warblers.
I have to admit I detested high school (too many pricks). I can't say as it would have ever occurred to me to kill them, just avoiding school seemed to help, this sort of thing points to something people are doing wrong somewhere. I liked college though had I been allowed I would have stayed there forever.
They'd first need to find the person. The German press mentioned "vague hints", so nothing specific enough to warrant an arrest. Instead, police chose to search the school for anything suspicious.
