    Sounds just like ebay

    Ebay also likes to give the impression that change is more important than reliability. Every time there's a change, there are problems. The impression is that somebody can come up with a change during a tea break, and roll it out substantially untested to let the users test it.

    Even worse is ebay's apparent "random selection" of users to participate in such tests without their knowledge.
