And since it's Wifi, all of those could be done remotely; say, when I am in Quebec and my PC is (as always) in Oregon.

Maybe we could have another shot at a decent 'toothing' application? With wifi, users could benefit from a 'richer' multimedia experience, possibly by viewing the potential partner's MySpace page, before making a commitment to any hankypanky.

Perhaps £1k for the idea but this is marketing/development on the cheap.
