well, if you look at it, it has a slight dotted line under it. hover over it the full wording comes up either in the status bar in opera or as a tool tip in firefox. if you are still using IE then you dont deserve to know what it means.
for those of you who dont know, but give 2 hoots, how this is done - its the semantic tag <abbr> and its title attribute.

Although I hate the term 'ICT', it is a widely used acronym, used in business, unlike mobe and lappy which are just... stupid. To further the point, you wouldn't use LOL in a business paper or serious news article, but you would use TWAIN, as although it's stupid, it has a technical meaning.

Unless you're reading it as an RSS feed in Thunderbird, in which case there is no dotted line ;o) I still have no clue what it means!
