    Surely they are just providing a hosting service if the infrastructure is dedicated to the client?

    Bollocks. Even with (nowdays disappearing) Chinese labor costs, Enterprise storage cannot provide the same cost as Amazon, G00G and their bretheren without massively subsidizing it. Oracle learned that one the hard way, let's see how long it will take Huawei to learn it.
